PRODUCTION INTRODUCTION
The process steps are as follows:
In the first step, the sewage first enters the hydrolysis cabinet, in which the efficient degradation of pollutants is completed through the anaerobic environment, and the biochemical properties of the sewage are provided;
In the second step, the water from the hydrolysis cabinet enters the hypoxia/oxygenic cabinet to complete the further degradation of pollutants. At the same time, a high-performance filler is set up in the cabinet, and the MBBR (mobile biological bed) + A/0 process filler is optimized to provide an attachment medium for active microorganisms, so that the active biomass in the cabinet is greatly increased. In addition, the most active organisms are kept in the cabinet, which greatly provides biological treatment efficiency; in the third step, the oxygen cabinet enters the secondary sink cabinet, and uses the difference in mud water density for mud water separation; in the fourth step, the second sink tank enters the drainage and phosphorus removal tank for in-depth treatment of the water body to ensure that the phosphorus content of the water discharge meets the standard;
The fifth step is to inactivate the bacteria in the water by ultraviolet disinfection and discharge them to the standard.
