Comprehensive rapid installation and removal equipment series
The installation and retraction of large-scale equipment on the coal mine comprehensive mining face has a large workload, low efficiency, poor safety and other problems. In order to solve the above problems, the company has developed a complete set of equipment for the installation and removal of comprehensive mining face equipment with high automation, high efficiency and good safety. The whole set of equipment includes hydraulic self-moving mechanical crane, hydraulic hoist, hydraulic assembly frame, installation of transport vehicle, retracement platform, four-corner assembly and other devices. This set of equipment makes the installation and removal of comprehensive mining face equipment more convenient and safe.
 

Diesel monorail crane
Working principle: The main body of the locomotive consists of two cabs, the engine part and the drive unit. The locomotive is powered by an explosion-proof diesel engine, relies on the driving wheel clamped on the track web to generate traction, and runs on a single track suspended on the bracket.

The starting mode of the diesel engine is gas and liquid. Before driving for the first time, the hand pressure pump is pressurized. When the fixed pressure is reached, the hydraulic motor starts the diesel engine and works in the cycle. The main drive circuit is a closed hydraulic system, the main pump is an axial variable plunger pump, and the driving motor is an oblique axis quantitative cylinder motor. The control system is composed of gas and liquid control systems respectively, which realize the linkage operation of gas and liquid control. The hydraulic valve is controlled by compressed air and pneumatic valve, and the hydraulic system of the single rail crane is finally controlled by the hydraulic valve group.

 

Pneumatic monorail crane
Working principle: The DQD20 pneumatic monorail crane is mainly composed of a drive unit, a lifting hoist, a brake device and a control device. The monorail crane is operated by friction to traw the locomotive by friction on the web of the 1140E track through the driving wheel. Its power source is compressed air. The DQD20 pneumatic monorail crane is suitable for the transportation of materials under the coal mine. It is suitable for the traction suspension monorail between the roadway tilt angle of 20°. Its bearing profile is 1140E or compatible section.

 

Structure and principle
The monorail self-moving equipment train can be divided into three parts: electric self-moving device, cable-mounted car, and rear cable towing device. The electric self-moving device is also divided into two sections: front and rear. The two sections are connected by a walking cylinder (dry jack), and each section is equipped with multiple sets of brakes. Use the oil pipe to connect the front brakes into one group. The brakes of the group are opened and closed at the same time, and the rear section is another group. When the train is walking, the two groups of brakes work alternately, one opens, and the other group must brake. When not walking, both sets of brakes are braked (at this time, it is braked by spring). Two walking oil cylinders, so that the whole electric column device step forward, divided into front and rear walking cylinders, two walking cylinders work in series, pulling forward and rear electricity, to prevent the rear of the front of the column when going downhill.

5. Without the participation of any power equipment, ensure the safe and reliable use of the equipment;
6. The wear of brake pads can be automatically compensated. For example, the design clamping hydraulic cylinder stroke is 80mm, while the distance between the two ends of the brake block and the web is only 50mm, so that the hydraulic cylinder can always be kept locked after the brake pads are worn.
