Our company cooperates with many scientific research institutions and institutions of higher learning, such as the Beijing Mining Institute of the General Institute of Coal Science, China University of Mining and Technology, Anhui University of Technology, etc., to provide a full range of services such as the design, equipment production, installation and commissioning of "three machines" for the coal mine work surface. According to the geological conditions of the coal seam and the production capacity of the working face, the main parameters of the shearer are determined.

According to the geological instructions of the comprehensive mining face, the geological conditions of the coal seam, top and bottom plate and mining area of the working face are comprehensively analyzed to determine the bracket type, support resistance, support strength, bottom plate specific pressure, structural parameters of the bracket, valve group performance and operation mode, etc.

Choose a suitable scraper conveyor according to the maximum production capacity of the shearer.
